I facilitate group Kundalini yoga sessions, 1:1 conselling sessions, educative and transformative workshops, and online classes. Since 2014, with the Ajai Alai Awakening International Kundalini Yoga School, we have offered Teacher Training for conscious seekers of personal growth and spiritual development. Mother of two daughters, I’m passionate about sharing the holistic approach of living in wholeness and health, facilitating sessions with positive effects on the body and mind. I am committed to opening up people to access their inner wisdom, natural energy resources, heart center, and consciousness on a transformational body, mind, and heart journey. I’ve learned to be more in charge of my energy and power, become more intuitive and creative, and experience life as a flow of love; I am grateful for the extraordinary opportunities to live consciously and grounded in each life challenge is presented. And when I come to serve the energy of my soul, I am in my authentic empowerment. I hold such a peaceful and sacred space to support students’ and clients’ processes to embrace the truth of who they are and transform from disempowered to empowered, through different healing modalities, yoga, and meditation. I am a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Practitioner. I love spending my days with my family, enjoying the nature and sun of beautiful Australia, living and embodying the holistic teachings and balanced lifestyle.

Instead of feeling destabilised by life, we can feel empowered by it, and life works for us as we forge a path of love, vitality, flow, and purpose.
