In terms of the physical body, the successful resolution of trauma usually leads to a discharge of the stuck or suppressed energy. This means that abnormally heightened states of arousal within the nervous system disappear and a person returns to a normal movement between activation and relaxation that is within managable limits.

Holistic Counselling and Kundalini Yoga is deeply reparative, with trauma/stress , tension releasing exercises. 

Using the tools of yoga, meditation, breath to recalibrate the esourcing the client and reorganising the nervous system, body to its natural state and open to receive the highly charge of vitality and gradually awakens their full creative potential.

I am a specialist in holistic counselling and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, and I do therapy that can help clients improve their physical and psychological state very quick.
