What to expect in a class

In yogic theory, Kundalini is the primal energy (shakti). Kundalini is a sleeping, potential force in the human organism. Kundalini awakening occurs through meditation, pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures), mudras (hand gestures), bandhas (body locks), and the chanting of mantras, collectively known as a ‘Kriya’.

 

A class goes for 75 minutes, and you’ll practice a kriya followed by deep relaxation, sometimes with the Gong Bath. Each Kundalini yoga class is different, and it’s a completely different experience.

Each class is designed to positively affect your being, empower yourself, and create positive changes in your life beyond the yoga mat.

After class, you’ll enjoy a cup of herbal tea with our community of fellow yogis. You’ll leave feeling great!
