It’s ok if you don’t have previous experience in yoga and meditation or Kundalini Yoga. No matter how experienced you are, Kundalini yoga is for everyone, and there is no restriction on age, experience, body type or gender. Our classes are open to all levels, and new students are very welcome to join us.
It doesn’t matter if you are a new student to Kundalini Yoga or highly experienced. No matter how flexible you are. Kundalini Yoga is a blend of physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, mantra, and relaxation to heal the body, gain consciousness, connect with your soul, and create inner transformation.
It’s our mission to help you learn, grow and feel the benefits of our weekly group yoga classes, and we look forward to welcoming our current and new students into class.
Please come a few minutes early to get settled in and welcome you. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothes, preferably light colors. Please bring your bottle of water. We’ll provide a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion.
You’ll leave class feeling great, and after sharing a chai tea with the fellow yogis in the studio!
There is nothing you need to do to prepare yourself before attending our Kundalini yoga classes. However, you might like to do our our Beginners Online Course to learn the fundamentals of Kundalini yoga at your pace. It is also recommended that you attend workshops like ‘Kundalini Chakras & Gong Bath Workshop’ to have a more profound experience and deepen your practice.
Kundalini Yoga Brisbane is located in the heart of West End, on Sussex Street, centrally located near Vulture street and the main shops.
Our studio is located in the Uniting Church, accessed off the driveway, then turning right and up the first level.
There is free and easy street parking from 5 pm on weekdays and weekends on Sussex St.
